أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

فَقَدْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ فَظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ ذَهَبَ إِلَى بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ فَتَحَسَّسْتُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ رَاكِعٌ أَوْ سَاجِدٌ يَقُولُ «سُبْحَانَكَ وَبِحَمْدِكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ» فَقَالَتْ «بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي إِنَّكَ لَفِي شَأْنٍ وَإِنِّي لَفِي آخَرَ»

✧ I lost the Messenger of Allah ﷺ one night, and I thought that he had gone to one of his wives. I searched for him, and behold, he was bowing or prostrating, saying: "Glory be to You and praise; there is no god but You." She said: "May my father and mother be your ransom, you are in one matter and I am in another."
