✧ Involuntary injury to polytheists' children during sleep

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا حِمَى إِلَّا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ يُبَيَّتُونَ فَيُصِيبُونَ الْوِلْدَانَ» قَالَ «هُمْ مِنْهُمْ»

✧ He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "There is no protected pasture except for Allah and His Messenger." He was asked about people who are raided at night and children are struck. He said, "They are from them."
