✧ Prophet's saying ﷺ : "A rogue faction will emerge among the people, and their killing will be more deserving of being killed

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَفْتَرِقُ أُمَّتِي فِرْقَتَيْنِ يَمْرُقُ بَيْنَهُمَا مَارِقَةٌ تَقْتُلُهُمْ أَوْلَى الطَّائِفَتَيْنِ بِالْحَقِّ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “My ummah will split into two factions; between them a rogue group will emerge. The one of the two parties closer to the truth will kill them.”
