✧ Prophet's saying ﷺ : "A rogue faction will emerge among the people, and their killing will be more deserving of being killed

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «سَتَكُونُ أُمَّتِي فِرْقَتَيْنِ فَتَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْنَهُمَا مَارِقَةٌ يَلِي قَتْلَهَا أَوْلَاهُمَا بِالْحَقِّ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "My ummah will become two factions, and from between them a rogue faction will emerge, whose killing will be undertaken by the more deserving of the two to the truth."
