أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْعَيْزَارِ بْنِ حُرَيْثِ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ

اسْتَأْذَنَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَسَمِعَ صَوْتَ عَائِشَةَ عَالِيًا وَهِيَ تَقُولُ «وَاللهِ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكِ مِنْ أَبِي فَأَهْوَى إِلَيْهَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ لِيَلْطِمَهَا» وَقَالَ يَا ابْنَةَ فُلَانَةَ «أَرَاكِ تَرْفَعِينَ صَوْتَكِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَمْسَكَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَخَرَجَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُغْضَبًا» فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَا عَائِشَةُ «كَيْفَ رَأَيْتِنِي أَنْقَذْتُكِ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ؟» ثُمَّ اسْتَأْذَنَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَقَدِ اصْطَلَحَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَائِشَةُ فَقَالَ «أَدْخِلَانِي فِي السِّلْمِ كَمَا أَدْخَلْتُمَانِي فِي الْحَرْبِ» فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «قَدْ فَعَلْنَا»

✧ Abu Bakr sought permission to enter upon the Prophet ﷺ and heard Aisha’s voice raised, saying: “By Allah, I have known that Ali is dearer to you than my father.” Abu Bakr lunged toward her to slap her and said: “O daughter of so-and-so, do I see you raising your voice over the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ restrained him, and Abu Bakr went out angry. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “O Aisha, how did you see that I rescued you from the man?” After that Abu Bakr sought permission again, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Aisha had reconciled. He said: “Include me in the peace as you included me in the war.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “We have done so.”
