al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 8422

✧ The mentioning of the saying of the Prophet ﷺ , "Whoever insults Ali has insulted me.

أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ قَالَ §دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَقَالَتْ

«أَيُسَبُّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِيكُمْ؟» فَقُلْتُ «سُبْحَانَ اللهِ أَوْ مَعَاذَ اللهِ» قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ سَبَّ عَلِيًّا فَقَدْ سَبَّنِي»

✧ "Is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ being insulted among you?" I said, "Glory be to Allah! Or I seek refuge in Allah." She said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever insults 'Ali has insulted me."
