أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «دَخَلْتُ الْجَنَّةَ فَإِذَا أَنَا بِقَصَرٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ» قُلْتُ لِمَنْ هَذَا؟ قَالُوا لِرَجُلٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَمَا يَمْنَعُنِي أَنْ أَدْخُلَهُ يَا ابْنَ الْخَطَّابِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْلَمُ مِنْ غَيْرَتِكَ قَالَ «وَعَلَيْكَ أَغَارُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I entered Paradise and there was a palace of gold." I said, "Whose is this?" They said, "For a man from Quraysh." What prevented me from entering it, O Ibn al-Khattab, except what I know of your jealousy." He said, "Would I be jealous of you, O Messenger of Allah?"
