أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِيَاسٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ
رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ يَسِيرُ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ فَقَرَأَ {إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُبِينًا} [الفتح 1] فَرَجَّعَ أَبُو إِيَاسٍ فِي قِرَاءَتِهِ وَذَكَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «فَرَجَّعَ فِي قِرَاءَتِهِ»
Translation

✧ I saw the Prophet ﷺ on the day of the conquest riding on his she-camel, and he recited {Indeed, We have granted you a clear conquest} [al-Fath: 1], and Abu Iyas made his recitation reverberant. He mentioned on the authority of Ibn Mughaffal from the Prophet ﷺ that he made his recitation reverberant.
