أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ يَقُولُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَعَلَّمُوا الْقُرْآنَ وَتَغَنُّوا بِهِ وَاقْتَنُوهُ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَهُوَ أَشَدُّ تَفَلُّتًا مِنَ الْمَخَاضِ فِي الْعَقْلِ»
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “Learn the Qur’ān, chant it beautifully, and keep it. By the One in whose hand is my soul, it slips away more readily than a pregnant camel from its tether.”
