أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ يَسَافٍ قَالَ

سُئِلَتْ عَائِشَةُ مَا كَانَ أَكْثَرَ مَا كَانَ يَدْعُو بِهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ؟ فَقَالَتْ كَانَ أَكْثَرَ دُعَائِهِ أَنْ يَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا لَمْ أَعْمَلْ بَعْدُ»

✧ 'A'ishah was asked: What was the supplication the Prophet ﷺ most often said? She said: His most frequent supplication was to say: “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and from the evil of what I have not yet done.”
