✧ Seeking refuge from the trial of death

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «عُوذُوا بِاللهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ اللهِ وَعُوذُوا بِاللهِ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ»

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, and Abu al-Zinad from al-A'raj from Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “Seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of Allah, and seek refuge in Allah from the trial of life and death, from the punishment of the grave, and from the trial of the false messiah, the Dajjal.”
