✧ The sale upon separation from the polytheist.

أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ

«بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ وَعَلَى فِرَاقِ الْمُشْرِكِ» 7751 أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِي نُخَيْلَةَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ

✧ "I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to establish prayer, give zakah, give sincere counsel to every Muslim, and to separate from the polytheist." 7751 Muhammad b. Yahya b. Muhammad informed me, he said: al-Hasan b. al-Rabi' narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us from al-A'mash from Abu Wa'il from Abu Nukhaylah from Jarir, he said: I came to the Prophet ﷺ something similar.
