أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

جَاءَ حَبْرٌ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ جَعَلَ اللهُ السَّمَوَاتِ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالْأَرَضِينَ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالْجِبَالَ وَالشَّجَرَ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالْمَاءَ وَالثَّرَى عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالْخَلَائِقَ كُلَّهَا عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ ثُمَّ يَهُزُّهُنَّ فَيَقُولُ «أَنَا الْمَلِكُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ» فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ضَحِكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى {وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ} [الأنعام 91]

✧ A rabbi from the Jews came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: "When the Day of Resurrection comes, Allah will place the heavens on a finger, the earths on a finger, the mountains and trees on a finger, the water and the soil on a finger, and all creatures on a finger, then He will shake them and say: 'I am the King, I am the King.'" I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ laugh, and Allah, Blessed and Exalted, revealed: {They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal} [al-An'am: 91].
