أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ
أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ «كُنْتُ فِي سَبْيِ قُرَيْظَةَ وَكَانَ يُنْظَرُ فَمَنْ خَرَجَ شِعْرَتُهُ قُتِلَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَخْرُجِ اسْتُحْيِيَ وَلَمْ يُقْتَلْ»
