أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى وَهُوَ ابْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا سَرَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَبِعْهُ وَلَوْ بِنَشٍّ»
