أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْمَكِّيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زُنْبُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ إِلَّا فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا» [26] 7376 أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَرَأَهُ عَلَيْنَا قُلْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِيهِ قَالَ لَنَا هُوَ يُرِيدُ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

✧ She heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “The hand of a thief is not cut off except for a quarter of a dinar or more.” [26] 7376 Ahmad b. Amr b. al-Sarh informed us; he said: Ibn Wahb informed us; he said: Abd al-Rahman b. Salman informed me from Ibn al-Had from Abu Bakr b. Hazm from Amrah from Aishah from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ; he read it to us. I said to the Prophet ﷺ about it. He said to us: He means the same thing.
