أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ هُوَ ابْنُ عَطَاءٍ الْخَفَّافُ ضَعِيفٌ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا»
