✧ The throwing of the Mamluk

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ نَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ «مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بَرِيئًا مِمَّا قَالَ أَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ جَيِّدٌ

✧ Abu al-Qasim ﷺ, the Prophet of Repentance, said: Whoever slanders his slave who is innocent of what he said, the prescribed punishment will be carried out on him on the Day of Resurrection, unless he is as he said. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: This is a good hadith.
