أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ «§رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْحِنْثَ وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يُكْشَفَ مَا بِهِ» قَالَ

لَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَا فِيهِ شَيْءٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْمَوْقُوفُ أَصَحُّ هَذَا أَوْلَى بِالصَّوَابِ
