al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7230

✧ Delaying the punishment for a pregnant woman when she commits adultery until she gives birth and her menstrual bleeding stops, and mentioning the differences in wording among the narrators of the hadeeth of Abd al-A’la in this regard.

أَخْبَرَنِي هِلَالُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِامْرَأَةٍ بَغِيٍّ فِي نِفَاسِهَا لِيَحِدَّهَا قَالَ «اذْهَبِي حَتَّى يَنْقَطِعَ عَنْكِ الدَّمُ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ لَا شَيْءَ

✧ A prostitute woman was brought to the Messenger of God ﷺ during her postpartum bleeding so that he might impose the ḥadd on her. He said: "Go away until the blood ceases from you." Abu ʿAbd al-Raḥmān said: This is a rejected ḥadīth, nothing.
