al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7205

✧ The limitation of a man's stay to his wife when she commits adultery.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْكُوفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا بِكِتَابِ اللهِ فَإِنْ عَادَتْ فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If the slave woman of any of you commits adultery, let him flog her according to the Book of Allah; if she repeats, let him sell her, even for a rope of hair."
