al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7204

✧ The limitation of a man's stay to his wife when she commits adultery.

أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ خُرَّزَاذَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا زَنَتْ خَادِمُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا» قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَإِنْ عَادَتْ فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "If the servant girl of any of you commits adultery, let him flog her." He said it three times: "If she repeats, let him sell her, even for a rope of hair."
