أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ
عَنْ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ هُوَ النَّبِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ فِي مُحْصَنٍ زَنَا وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ بِإِحْصَانِهِ حَتَّى جُلِدَ ثُمَّ عُلِمَ بِإِحْصَانِهِ قَالَ يُرْجَمُ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا الصَّوَابُ وَالَّذِي قَبْلَهُ خَطَأٌ

✧ From Abu Asim, who is al-Nabil, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir b. Abdullah say regarding a married person who committed adultery and whose married status was not known until he was flogged, then his married status became known: He said: He is to be stoned. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: This is correct, and the one before it is a mistake.
