أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرٍو عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَاجِرِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَاعْتَرَفَتْ بِالزِّنَا فَأَمَرَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فَشَكَتْ عَلَيْهَا ثِيَابَهَا يَعْنِي شُدَّ عَلَيْهَا ثِيَابُهَا ثُمَّ رَجَمَهَا ثُمَّ صَلَّى عَلَيْهَا» أَرْسَلَهُ أَيُّوبُ

✧ A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and confessed to fornication. The Messenger of God ﷺ ordered that her clothes be fastened around her, meaning tied around her, then he stoned her, then he prayed over her. Ayyub narrated it as mursal.
