✧ The punishment for adultery of the married.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ زَاذَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جُلْدِ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Take from me: Allah has made a way for them. The previously married with the previously married: one hundred lashes and stoning. The virgin with the virgin: one hundred lashes and banishment for a year.”
