al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7104

✧ The punishment for adultery of the married.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْمُوصِلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَاسِمٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ حِطَّانِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَرَجْمٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Take from me: Allah has made a way for them. The previously married with the previously married: one hundred lashes and stoning with stones. The virgin with the virgin: one hundred lashes and banishment for a year.”
