al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7101

✧ Interpretation of the saying of Allah, Exalted is His glory: "And [they are] those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty." [al-Furqan: 68]

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَرْبَعَةٌ يُبْغِضُهُمُ اللهُ الْبَيَّاعُ الْحَلَّافُ وَالْفَقِيرُ الْمُخْتَالُ وَالشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْإِمَامُ الْجَائِرُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There are four whom Allah hates: the seller who swears oaths, the arrogant poor person, the old adulterer, and the unjust ruler.”
