✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ returned from a funeral and I had a headache in my head, and I was saying, “Oh my head!” He said: “Rather, I, oh my head!” Then he said: “What harm would it do you if you died before me, and I washed you, shrouded you, prayed over you, and buried you?” I said: “It is as if I can see you, if you did that, you would return to my house and consummate marriage there with one of your wives.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ smiled, then his illness in which he died began. Muhammad b. Ahmad contradicted him and narrated it from Muhammad b. Salamah, from Ibn Ishaq, from Ya'qub, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ubayd Allah b. 'Abd Allah, from 'Urwah.
