أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ يَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ لَا يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The believers' blood is equal, and they are one hand against others. The lowest of them may give protection on their behalf. No believer is to be killed for a disbeliever, nor one with a covenant while his covenant stands.”
