أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ دِينَهُ الْمُفَارِقُ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “The blood of a Muslim is not lawful except for one of three: a life for a life, a married person who commits adultery, and one who abandons his religion and separates from the community.”
