✧ The Good News and the Dates

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ بْنِ كِلَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَنْتَبِذُوا الزَّبِيبَ وَالتَّمْرَ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَنْتَبِذُوا الرُّطَبَ وَالتَّمْرَ جَمِيعًا» خَالَفَهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Do not infuse raisins and dried dates together, and do not infuse ripe dates and dried dates together.' Uthman b. Umar disagreed with him.
