أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«لَمَّا تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَالَجُونِي بِغَيْرِ شَيْءٍ فَأَطْعَمُونِي الْقِثَّاءَ بِالتَّمْرِ فَسَمِنْتُ عَلَيْهِ كَأَحْسَنِ الشَّحْمِ»

✧ "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ married me, they treated me with nothing but fed me cucumber with dates, and I became fat on it, the best of fat."
