أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

«مَا أَكَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى خِوَانٍ» وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى وَلَا عَلَى مَائِدَةٍ وَلَا فِي سُكُرُّجَةٍ وَلَا خُبِزَ لَهُ مُرَقَّقٌ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never ate at a low table - and another time he said - nor on a dining table, nor from a small serving dish, nor was thin bread baked for him.
