✧ Inheritance of the Followers of al-Muwalaah

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَبُو حَفْصٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يُسْلِمُ عَلَى يَدَيِ الرَّجُلِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ قَالَ «هُوَ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِهِ حَيَاتِهِ وَمَوْتِهِ»

✧ I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a man from the polytheists who accepts Islam at the hands of a man from the Muslims. He said: 'He is the closest of people to him in his life and his death.'
