أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَبُو حَفْصٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ»
