أَخْبَرَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ

أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْجَدَّ السُّدُسَ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ وَيْلَكَ مَعَ مَنْ؟ قَالَ لَا أَدْرِي

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave the grandfather a sixth. Umar said to him: 'Woe to you! Along with whom?' He said: 'I do not know.'
