✧ The sale of wheat until it whitens

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّا لَا نَجْدُ الصَّيْحَانِيَّ وَلَا الْعِذْقَ بِجَمْعِ التَّمْرِ حَتَّى نَزِيدَهُمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بِعْهُ بِالْوَرِقِ ثُمَّ اشْتَرِهِ»

✧ That a man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ informed him, saying: O Messenger of Allah, we cannot obtain the Sayhani or the bunch of dates for a collection of dates unless we increase for them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Sell it for silver, then buy with it."
