✧ Prohibition on Milking Camels and Sheep while their Young are Tied Up and Left for Two or Three Days, Until they Produce Milk, So that its Buyer can Increase its Price, due to the Amount of Milk Observed.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا إِذَا حَلَبَهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْهَا وَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ»

✧ From the Messenger of God ﷺ, he said: “Whoever buys a camel or sheep whose udder has been tied up and left unmilked, if he is satisfied with it after milking it, he may keep it, and if he dislikes it, he may return it along with a saa‘ of dates.”
