أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ» وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ نَافِعٌ أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلْآخَرِ اخْتَرْ
