أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَيَحْيَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِيَاضًا أَبَا خَالِدٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَجُلَيْنِ يَخْتَصِمَانِ عِنْدَ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ فَقَالَ مَعْقِلٌ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَقَالَ يَحْيَى سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ رَجُلٍ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said—and Yahya said: I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: 'Whoever swears an oath by which he seizes the property of a man, he will meet God while He is angry with him.'
