أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ عَلَى فَضْلَ مَاءٍ بِالطَّرِيقِ يَمْنَعُ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ مِنْهُ وَرَجُلٌ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا لِلدُّنْيَا إِنْ أَعْطَاهُ مَا يُرِيدُ وَفَّى لَهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْطِهِ لَمْ يَفِ لَهُ وَرَجُلٌ سَاوَمَ رَجُلًا عَلَى سِلْعَتِهِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ فَحَلَفَ بِاللهِ لَقَدْ أُعْطِيَ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا فَصَدَّقَهُ الْآخَرُ»

✧ From the Messenger of God ﷺ, he said: 'There are three whom God will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor purify, and they will have a painful punishment: a man who has surplus water on a road and prevents the wayfarer from it; a man who gives allegiance to an imam for worldly gain—if he gives him what he wants, he fulfills his allegiance, but if he does not, he does not fulfill it; and a man who bargains with another over his merchandise after the afternoon prayer, then swears by God that he was offered such and such for it, and the other man believes him.'
