✧ Swearing an oath by a single witness

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ «§قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ»

وَأَنَّ شُرَيْحًا قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
