أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصُّورِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ»
