أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَهُوَ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ» قَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ وَقَدْ ذَكَرَهُ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ وَالْمَقْبُرِيِّ

✧ On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ: “Whoever is appointed as a judge among the people has been slaughtered without a knife.” Abu Salamah said: He mentioned it once or twice from al-A'raj and al-Maqburi.
