أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ وَكِيعٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ مِغْوَلٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ يَوْمُ الْخَمِيسِ وَمَا يَوْمُ الْخَمِيسِ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «ائْتُونِي بِاللَّوْحِ وَالدَّوَاةِ أَوِ الْكَتِفِ وَالدَّوَاةِ لِأَكْتُبَ لَكُمْ كِتَابًا لَا تَضِلُّوا بَعْدَهُ أَبَدًا» قَالُوا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَهْجُرُ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Bring me the tablet and the inkpot, or the shoulder blade and the inkpot, so that I may write for you a document after which you will never go astray." They said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ is delirious."
