✧ The inclusion of livestock owners whose livestock have been spoiled at night.

أَخْبَرَنِي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ
أَنَّ نَاقَةً لِآلِ الْبَرَاءِ أَفْسَدَتْ شَيْئًا فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ حِفْظَ الثِّمَارِ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا بِالنَّهَارِ وَضَمَّنَ أَهْلَ الْمَاشِيَةِ مَا أَفْسَدَتْ مَاشِيَتُهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ

✧ A she-camel belonging to the family of al-Bara' spoiled something, and the Messenger of God ﷺ ruled that the protection of fruits is upon their owners during the day, and he made the owners of livestock liable for what their livestock spoiled at night.
