✧ The Solution of Pubic Hair

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ وَقَعَ بِجَارِيَةِ امْرَأَتِهِ «إِنْ كَانَتْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ فَاجْلِدُوهُ مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ فَارْجُمُوهُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said concerning a man who had intercourse with his wife's slave-girl: “If she had made her lawful for him, flog him one hundred lashes; and if she had not made her lawful for him, stone him.”
