✧ The marriage of the permissible and the one permissible for him and what is in it of the provocation.

أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ هُوَ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَعْوَرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

«آكِلُ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلُهُ وَشَاهِدَاهُ وَكَاتِبُهُ إِذَا عَلِمُوا وَالْوَاشِمَةُ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةُ لِلْحُسْنِ وَلَاوِي الصَّدَقَةِ مَلْعُونُونَ عَلَى لِسَانِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ» وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْمُحِلِّ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ

✧ The consumer of riba, the one who gives it, its two witnesses, and its scribe, if they know, and the woman who tattoos for beauty, and the one who withholds charity are cursed upon the tongue of Muhammad ﷺ until the Day of Resurrection. And he did not mention the one who makes halal and the one for whom it is made halal.
