أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زُغْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he said: 'The conditions most deserving to be fulfilled are those by which you have made private parts lawful.'
