أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أُمَيَّةُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ قَالَ
حَدَّثَنِي الْبَرَاءُ وَهُوَ غَيْرُ كَذُوبٍ أَنَّهُمْ «إِذَا صَلَّوْا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَرَفَعُوا رُءُوسَهُمْ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ قَامُوا قِيَامًا حَتَّى يَرَوْهُ قَدْ سَجَدَ»

✧ Al-Baraʾ—and he was not a liar—told me that when they prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and raised their heads from bowing, they stood upright until they saw that he had prostrated.
